Ron, Milo, and crew installed new recessed lighting in my kitchen, and 8 new ceiling fans throughout my house. They arrived on time, were very professional, and completed the job in less time than I thought it would take, despite finding and having to correct wiring problems that were done by the previous owner. Crew leader Milo explained the problems to me and corrected them at no additional cost. I felt the price quoted to me was fair and reasonable. I was also very satisfied with the work. The owner, Ron Belford, supervisor Milo, and his two crew were very friendly and courteous while at my home. I would recommend this company and crew, and I will call them for any other electrical needs. ~ Jim B

Not the first time I’ve asked them to rewire something that was not right in my house. This time they wired my solar generator as a back up for my house. I had no idea what was involved but they took the time to explain everything to me, how it works and what I need to do when the power goes out. They put thought into what plugs needed to be wired for emergency power and made sure my house would be covered In an emergency. I will never call another electrician. It was easy to call and set up an early appointment that worked for me. The tech arrived at the appointed time, was polite and done what I needed in a timely manner. I thought the price was fair for the distance he had to travel, and I would use this business again for any of my residential electric needs. ~ John K

Discount electrical came in and saved the day. My contractor walked off my job and left my wife and I with wires running all over our addition. None of the wiring were labeled and all of the work that had been was either not to code or substandard. Not knowing what to do we called Discount Electrical and spoke to Ron. Ron came out delivered a lot of bad news followed with, "don't worry I will fix everything." Ron had a crew out the next day with all supply's needed and started the job. As they found more stuff wrong he let me know and fixed them. Once Ron finished he went out and got the codes enforcement officer and made sure we passed the final electrical inspection. Ron's crew were very helpful and respectful to the fact we had just go screwed by our contractor. Once done he could have left but he delivered to my wife a detailed description of what was wrong with the job when he first came on the seen and how he fixed it. My wife and I ended up suing the first contractor and used the letter Ron wrote as proof of the existing problems when he started the job. With that letter the judge award us a settlement in our favor. I would highly recommend Ron and his crew at Discount Electrical in Lebanon Tn. ~ John D

Quick and easy service. Had an estimate for outlet replacements in the garage, and a fuse box re-label. There was a mis-count on the outlets in the room(was 5, turned out to be 7), but it didn't come at a cost increase! The electrician was kind, polite, and easy to work with. ~ Trevor S
